Owen uses four graphite drawings and an oil painting, which she scanned and printed digitally to illustrate the text. The painting is printed in color, using an Epson 1280 printer.
The text is set in Monotype Erhardt by Michael Bixler of Skaneatles, New York. The titling is Palatino italic. The decorative initials are Cloister, printed in terracotta. The type was printed letterpress by Art Larson at Horton Tank Graphics, Hadley Massachusetts.
The binding uses deep purple cloth with inset printed labels, and rice paper end sheets. It was bound by Sarah Creighton, in Hadley Mass.
The edition consists of thirty copies numbered one through thirty, with four Artist?s Proofs.

A collaborative with poet Beth Feldman Brant in which I constructed 3 boxes that contain artifacts from trees, handmade books with Brandt’s poems and scrolls. The images and poems explore three themes of Journeys, Helpmeets, and Storms.
